In 2020, Immersed Technologies began working with Kubota Tractor Corporation to provide services to support their technical training needs.
Kubota already had an effective training program in place. They asked Immersed Technologies to help them standardize their existing curriculum material. The goal was to create a cohesive experience for their learners and to improve course development processes. To help them do that, we created Word, PowerPoint, and Storyline templates to develop and produce online courses, instructor-led presentations, instructor and student guides, and other course materials. The templates were designed to standardize Kubota’s existing course material and to develop future courses.
Immersed Technologies used the templates to convert and standardize 10 high-priority Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses. The templates were so well received that Kubota uses them internally for other presentation and documentation uses.
We also worked with Kubota to transition their existing Flash courses to HTML and to provide Articulate Storyline support for courses and assessments. We helped them update existing courses including the learner assessments and create new courses from supplied content. Using existing course material, we developed hundreds of test questions for over 20 existing courses.

The work we did for Kubota is a perfect example of how Immersed Technologies can help companies update and standardize their in-house training department projects and programs. A definite upside to 2020 was helping our new client Kubota update their existing training curriculum with new templates, learning aids, updated ILTs including supportive materials, and eLearning courses.
